2. What Data We Process
We only process data you voluntarily provide via the contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number, message text, and selected transport service. We also process technical data (IP address, submission log) for security and abuse prevention.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Personal data is processed to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, and in any case no longer than 3 years from submission, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. tax or accounting obligations).
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties, except IT service providers (hosting, email) acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, who are bound by confidentiality obligations and process data solely on our instructions.
